Originally from Marietta, Georgia, Alexis Needle began her dance training at the Tolbert Yilmaz School of Dance under the direction of Nancy Tolbert Yilmaz. During her time spent there, she performed a wide range of classical roles including Clara, Sugar Plum Fairy, Snow Queen, and Cinderella. Alexis has performed in many choreographic works by Kassandra Taylor Newberry, Martha Goodman, and Robert Gosnell. To further her training, Alexis attended summer intensives with Ballet Austin, Milwaukee Ballet, Colorado Ballet, Carolina Ballet, and Florida Ballet. In 2024, she was invited to join The Florida Ballet as a trainee under the direction of Roberto Forleo and Olivier Munoz. While with the company, Alexis performed in productions such as The

Nutcracker, Napoli, Giselle, Dracula, and various mixed repertoire works. This is her first season with Ballet Frontier, and she is very excited for the new opportunities this year has to bring.
