Company Auditions

Ballet Frontier of Texas is seeking male and female dancers with classical training for the 2020/2021 season. Ballet Frontier of Texas will offer up to 30- week contracts starting from the beginning of August for company, apprentice and Professional Ballet Internship Program. Professional Ballet Internship Program

Ballet Frontier of Texas’ Professional Ballet Internship Program for ages 15 and up offers the unique opportunity for dancers to continue their training and to perform in the well-acclaimed productions of the company. The program is designed for students who are interested in pursuing a professional career in dance and it is based on 10 months of training from the beginning of August through the end of May.

Not only will dancers receive training through daily technique classes, but they will also have the opportunity to perform regularly on stage.  Dancers will gain experience performing in full-length productions, as well as being directly involved in the creative process of new works by the Artistic Director and guest choreographers. The performances for the 2020-2021 season includes up to 30 performances.


Dancers will be training with internationally recognized teachers, including Artistic Director Chung-Lin Tseng, Enrica Guana Tseng, and Lainey Logan.  Guest teachers and choreographers will be invited throughout the year.

Ballet Frontier of Texas’ rehearsal home is a state of the art facility, which includes four spacious studios.  All studios have high ceilings and professionally built dance floors.  The facility also has dressing rooms, a waiting room, and friendly faculty and staff.


Ballet Frontier is located in Fort Worth, TX, which is a welcoming city.  This culturally rich city has numerous museums as well as many exciting attractions, such as the Botanic Gardens, The Stockyards, and The Fort Worth Zoo.  Fort Worth is the home to several different Universities and Colleges as well. 


  • For international dancers-students, the VISA requirements will be the responsibility of the applicant

  • Ballet Frontier of Texas does not provide housing for out of town students but will offer recommendations for local apartment complexes and roommates.

  • For international students ESL courses are available online through the local college Tarrant County College, for more information please visit TCC online.

  • It is encouraged, but not required, that candidates attend the summer intensive program.
