Jacy Fletcher

Jacy Fletcher began her dance studies in ballet, tap, broadway, and contemporary at Charleston Ballet Theatre in 2005. She started taking private lessons under the direction of Deanna McBrearty, Alexey Kulpin, and Olivier Munoz in 2010-2014. During those years, she competed at Youth American Grand Prix and received many awards, including a couple of invitations to the YAGP New York finals.  Throughout her summers, she trained at the School of American Ballet, American Ballet Theatre, Ballet Austin, and Miami City Ballet.  At the age of 15, she was invited to join Miami City Ballet’s trainee program on scholarship.  Her studies led her to become a trainee at Ballet Austin from 2017-2019 on scholarship.  Afterwards, she was invited to train in New York City, with Darla Hoover and Willy Burmann for a year. She then joined Oklahoma City Ballet’s studio company for 2 years.  Her favorite lead roles she has performed are from the productions of Valse Fantasies, The Nutcracker, Paquita, Stars and Stripes, and Sleeping Beauty. This is Jacy’s first season with Ballet Frontier.
